About the role
Join a fast-growing, next-generation data services provider and play a pivotal role in our London operations. As an Office & HR Assistant, you will be at the heart of our employee experience, ensuring seamless daily operations and providing essential support to our HR functions in a dynamic, high-tech environment.
Main Missions
- HR Administration: Manage the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, payroll support, and maintaining GDPR compliance.
- Recruitment Support: Assist in the talent acquisition process by tracking candidates via the Greenhouse ATS and coordinating interviews.
- HR Operations: Update HR documents and policies, manage the HR team calendar, and support training initiatives.
- Office Management: Oversee daily office functions, including visitor reception, mail handling, and office supplies procurement.
- Vendor Management: Act as the primary point of contact for office suppliers and service providers to ensure a professional working environment.
- Process Improvement: Proactively identify and implement ways to enhance administrative efficiency and organizational workflows.
Profile sought
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in an HR or Office Management role.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong sense of confidentiality.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in HR Administrative processes and GDPR regulations.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse preferred).
- Strong organizational and office coordination skills.
- Ability to manage vendor relationships and office logistics.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
