About the role

Enterprise Mobility is offering a one‑year Management Placement Internship across its retail branches in Stafford, Tamworth and Lichfield. The programme provides a paid, hands‑on experience that mirrors the Graduate Management Training Programme, giving you exposure to multiple business functions.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality customer service, handling reservations and enquiries.
• Support sales and marketing activities, building relationships with local business partners.
• Assist with financial control tasks, including cost monitoring and profit‑and‑loss analysis.
• Participate in operations and logistics, learning fleet management and performance planning.
• Lead and mentor junior team members, contributing to team development.
