Missions principales

• Lead and coordinate the daily operations of the repair and maintenance team for the potable water distribution system.
• Manage daily work schedules and optimize team deployment to meet operational requirements.
• Oversee the setup of live sites in strict compliance with current legislation and safety standards.
• Ensure rigorous Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) compliance across all activities.
• Monitor vehicle usage, equipment, and fleet maintenance.
• Drive customer engagement and ensure high standards of service during interventions.

Profil recherché

• Proven experience within the water industry, specifically on Repair & Maintenance (R&M) contracts.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage field teams effectively.
• Technical expertise in roadworks and excavation on public highways.
• Ability to read and interpret safe excavation plans.
• Must hold a valid UK driving license.

• In-depth knowledge of HSE procedures and Red Book standards.
• Proficiency in reading technical excavation plans.
• Basic IT skills for reporting and scheduling.
