Operations Analyst

About the role

Lenkie is looking for a proactive, data‑driven Operations Analyst to help scale its lending platform. You will work closely with Finance, Product and Account Management to ensure operational processes are efficient, accurate and ready for rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and optimise end‑to‑end lending and onboarding workflows to boost speed and accuracy.
• Perform regular data reconciliation, identify discrepancies and report major issues to senior management.
• Prepare weekly and monthly operational data packs for investors, covering key lending metrics and portfolio performance.
• Support day‑to‑day management of the lending book, ensuring compliance and smooth fund disbursements and repayments.
• Implement and manage internal operational tools and software to improve team productivity and data integrity.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to refine internal tools and processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, data analysis or business analysis.
• Experience in a financial services firm or fintech startup is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proven ability to document processes and drive system improvements.
• Excellent communication skills to translate operational data into clear insights.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with data‑visualisation tools such as Tableau, PowerBI or Looker.
