Operations Manager, Product & Engineering

About the role

Sierra is the leading platform for customer‑facing AI agents, working with major brands worldwide. As Operations Manager for Product & Engineering, you will own the operating cadence, design processes, and coordinate cross‑functional initiatives to keep teams aligned and moving fast.

Key responsibilities

• Run the operating cadence for Product & Engineering, including planning cycles, roadmap workflows, sprint planning and initiative tracking.
• Design and optimise processes such as product reviews, retrospectives, team syncs and engineering demos to drive clarity and velocity.
• Build and maintain operational artefacts – roadmaps, capacity trackers, dashboards and retrospectives – that keep everyone informed.
• Coordinate cross‑functional initiatives across Product, Engineering, Design, Brand, Sales and Ops, ensuring alignment, timelines and accountability.
• Partner with product, engineering and marketing leads to create scalable frameworks for OKRs, prioritisation and execution.

Required profile

• 6‑8+ years of experience in Product Operations, Business Operations or Program Management at a high‑growth, product‑led company.
• Proven track record building and scaling operational processes from scratch.
• Highly organised, methodical and able to bring rigor to ambiguous situations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, persuasive across stakeholders and levels.
• Strong analytical instincts with proficiency in Excel/Sheets; SQL or dashboard experience a plus.
