Optical Assistant – Weedon Road

About the role

We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Optical Assistant to join our store on Weedon Road. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them feel welcome while supporting the optical team with day‑to‑day tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Welcoming customers into the store
• Booking eye tests and managing appointments
• Pre‑screening patients before consultations
• Providing style advice and helping customers choose frames
• Measuring frames for proper fit
• Handling phone enquiries and administrative duties

Required profile

• Passionate, hard‑working individual with a caring attitude
• Some previous experience in an optical or retail environment
• Comfortable interacting with customers and handling multiple tasks
