Oracle Fusion HR Systems Analyst (Remote)

About the role
This permanent position is primarily remote with occasional on‑site work in Birmingham. You will join the Business Systems team to support a large‑scale Oracle Fusion HR environment, focusing on HCM and Payroll modules.
Key responsibilities
- Provide functional support for Oracle Fusion HCM & Payroll modules.
- Assist with quarterly Oracle release reviews, testing, and deployments.
- Maintain and configure Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Learning, Time & Absence, and Remuneration modules.
- Resolve incidents and drive continuous improvement initiatives via ServiceNow.
- Maintain testing documentation, release plans, and integration data flows.
- Deliver guidance and training to HR and Payroll users.
Required profile
- 3+ years of experience in an Oracle support environment.
- Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM and Payroll.
- Experience supporting quarterly release cycles and incident management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to collaborate across HR, Payroll, IT and external partners.
