Outsourcing Manager – Top 20 firm

About the role

Join a rapidly growing Outsourcing team within a top‑20 accountancy practice in central London. You will manage a diverse portfolio of clients, delivering high‑quality management, statutory and tax accounts while advising on cloud‑based software solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Review and approve monthly, quarterly and annual management accounts, consolidated accounts and statutory filings.
• Oversee corporation tax, VAT returns and bookkeeping assignments for a range of sectors.
• Provide advisory support on cash‑flow, budgeting, forecasting and cloud software migration.
• Train and supervise junior staff, ensuring quality and compliance.
• Lead ad‑hoc projects and client‑focused initiatives.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years post‑qualification experience in a reputable practice, preferably in outsourcing or business services.
• Strong background in management accounts and experience reviewing work of others.
• Ability to manage client relationships across sectors such as property, technology, financial services, media, renewable energy and retail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a wide range of cloud‑based accounting software packages.
