Paid Media Lead – 12‑month Fixed‑Term Contract

About the role

We are seeking a Paid Media Lead to drive performance‑marketing initiatives for a leading FTSE‑100 high‑street retailer. Working within a close‑knit Paid Media team, you will own data‑driven campaigns, collaborate with agency partners and influence strategy across emerging platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute performance‑focused digital campaigns aligned with commercial objectives.
• Manage day‑to‑day relationships with search agencies and external media partners.
• Explore new platforms and beta opportunities to keep the brand ahead of market trends.
• Partner with marketing and commercial teams on seasonal launches and promotions.
• Present insights and commercial recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Monitor industry shifts in technology, privacy and consumer behaviour.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital industries with strong exposure to performance media channels.
• Track record of managing agency or search‑partner relationships.
• Excellent numeracy and attention to detail.
• Collaborative, logical approach and confidence working within a team.
