Paid Media Specialist (Google Ads & Meta Ads)

About the role

Huzzle connects talent with companies across the UK, US, Canada, Europe and Australia. It is looking for a hands-on Paid Media Specialist to take full ownership of performance marketing across a portfolio of 12+ brands. This is a full-time, independent contractor position, remote and working full UK business hours. The role combines technical platform expertise with confident client communication.

Key responsibilities

• Build, restructure and optimise campaigns across Google Ads (Search, PMax, Display) and Meta Ads
• Set up and verify conversion tracking from scratch using Google Tag Manager, Pixels and Conversion API (CAPI)
• Design account structures, including precise match-type separation and bid strategy management
• Produce monthly written reports with deep-dive commentary explaining the why behind the data
• Lead client review calls and present results transparently
• Brief internal design teams on creative and video needs and share paid search insights with the SEO team
• Flag underperforming accounts within 48 hours and implement fixes proactively

Required profile

• Proven day-to-day experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads, as an execution expert
• Fluent spoken and written English, able to lead professional client meetings
• Ability to interpret data and give actionable landing page recommendations to improve ROI
• Commitment to working UK business hours (GMT/BST) long-term
