Panel / MET Technician

About the role

Sytner Sheffield is seeking a skilled Panel / MET Technician to join its bodyshop team. You will carry out structural body repairs on BMW vehicles, ensuring high‑quality workmanship within set timescales.

Key responsibilities

• Remove and replace mechanical, electrical and trim components.
• Perform structural body repairs and panel alignment.
• Replace windscreens and conduct diagnostic investigations.
• Work flexible patterns, including weekends, to meet customer service standards.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Panel/MET Repair Technician (essential).
• Experience in a similar bodyshop environment is advantageous.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced setting.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high repair standards.
• Effective time‑management and organisational skills.
