Paraplanner – Senior Administrator supporting Financial Adviser

We are seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join a highly successful financial advisory team in London. You will work directly with a senior financial adviser, preparing reports, analysing client data and helping to develop comprehensive financial plans. Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed reports and documentation to support financial planning activities.
• Analyse client data to assist in creating tailored financial strategies.
• Support the preparation of financial plans, including cash‑flow analysis, investment strategies and risk assessments.
• Maintain accurate client records using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Communicate with clients and team members to ensure clarity of financial recommendations.
• Organise schedules, appointments and follow‑ups to ensure smooth workflow.
• Assist the compliance process by ensuring documentation meets regulatory standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service by handling client queries professionally.

Required profile

• Proven organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong report‑writing and analytical abilities within a financial services context.
• Knowledge of financial planning principles and processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Relevant qualification such as a Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent.
