About the role
We are seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join our Manchester team. This is not a traditional paraplanning role – we need someone who is enthusiastic about technology, automation and AI and can help shape the future of financial planning.
Key responsibilities
- Produce high‑quality technical reports, research and analysis for advisers.
- Support advisers in delivering outstanding client outcomes.
- Refine and develop in‑house AI processes to improve efficiency and consistency.
- Build a "first time right" approach to advice preparation and report writing.
- Explore smarter ways to deliver advice and client solutions.
- Contribute to the future operating model of a modern advice firm.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Paraplanner.
- Passion for solving problems and continuous improvement.
- Curiosity about AI and emerging technology.
- Desire to work in a progressive, innovative environment.
Required skills
