Paraplanner – Up to £50,000 (Tonbridge, Kent)

About the role

We are seeking a Paraplanner to join our small, collaborative IFA practice in Tonbridge. Working alongside a Chartered Senior Paraplanner with over thirty years’ experience, you will develop your expertise and progress towards a senior paraplanning position.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct complex suitability research and analysis for high‑net‑worth clients.
• Prepare detailed client reports and provide technical support to the adviser team.
• Perform cash‑flow modelling and use technical analysis software across platforms such as Transact, Aberdeen and Quilter.
• Stay up‑to‑date with pensions, investments, estate planning and protection matters.

Required profile

• Minimum two years’ paraplanning experience within an IFA environment.
• Strong knowledge of pensions, investments, estate planning and protection.
• Understanding of FCA regulatory requirements.
• Level 4 Diploma preferred but not essential.
