Paraplanner – Wealth Management Firm (Birmingham)

About the role

We are seeking a bright and experienced Paraplanner to join a well‑established, prestigious wealth management firm located near Birmingham City Centre. In this role you will support the wider team, help build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, and deliver an exceptional level of service.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review client financial plans and related documentation.
• Assist advisers in gathering client information and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Maintain accurate records and update client files in line with internal procedures.
• Collaborate with the team on a variety of projects aimed at improving service delivery.
• Provide timely and professional communication with clients and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Paraplanner or in an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) role.
• Financial Planning Level 4 Diploma (or equivalent).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of relevant legislative and regulatory requirements.

Required skills

• Financial Planning Level 4 Diploma (or equivalent).
• Knowledge of UK financial planning legislation and regulations.
• Strong communication abilities.
