Part-time Key Holder (20 hrs/week)

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a part‑time Key Holder to join its Swindon Designer Outlet store. In this role you will help bring the Levi’s brand to life on the shop floor, supporting the team and ensuring smooth store operations during key trading hours.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service while embodying brand values.
• Act as a role model for Stylists, motivating the team to meet personal and store KPIs.
• Manage store operations during key trading hours, including opening and closing procedures.
• Support Store Management with daily tasks, floor leadership, and operational duties.
• Maintain high visual merchandising and brand presentation standards.
• Coach team members on product knowledge, styling, and customer experience.
• Assist with deliveries, stock organisation, and stockroom standards.
• Help create a positive, inclusive, and high‑performing team environment.

Required profile

• Passion for the Levi’s brand and alignment with company values.
• Previous retail experience with responsibility for sales targets and KPIs.
• Confidence leading and supporting a team on the shop floor.
• Strong customer‑service mindset with proactive, solution‑focused approach.
• Ability to take ownership, make decisions, and stay calm in a fast‑paced environment.
• Collaborative attitude and willingness to support store management as needed.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
