Part-Time Store Colleague

About the role

A part-time Store Colleague position in Gloucester, within a fast-paced retail environment. The role helps deliver a positive customer experience every day, with an active presence on the shop floor: greeting customers, keeping displays sharp, replenishing stock and maintaining high service and presentation standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming experience, giving support and product information where needed
• Help achieve team sales targets by identifying customer needs, recommending products and promoting complementary items
• Maintain high standards of customer service and presentation across the shop floor
• Replenish stock and keep products available and correctly displayed
• Complete operational tasks such as processing transactions, cash handling, stock processing and preparing deliveries
• Use in-store technology and systems to support customer enquiries and daily operations
• Follow company policies, procedures and health and safety requirements
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and support additional duties as reasonably required
