Partner Acquisition Specialist – Outbound Sales (London)

About the role

Your mission is to create a qualified pipeline from cold outbound outreach, initially focused on Used Car Advertising, and set the sales team up to win. This role does not involve closing deals or handling warm leads; it centres on discipline, resilience and building strong sales fundamentals in a fast‑moving, high‑accountability environment.

Key responsibilities

• Generate outbound pipeline for Used Car Advertising.
• Cold‑call and message independent dealers and retail groups.
• Open commercial conversations about Used Car Advertising.
• Book qualified meetings only for Business Development Managers.
• Qualify prospects before booking and ask structured discovery questions.
• Understand dealer context (stock size, sales velocity, investment appetite) and disqualify early when there’s no fit.
• Build strong sales fundamentals and learn how carwow demand works.
• Develop an understanding of used‑car dealer economics.
• Improve messaging and objection handling through repetition and feedback.
• Operate with discipline, hit daily and weekly activity targets, and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Protect BDM time by avoiding low‑quality meetings.

Required profile

• Comfortable with cold outreach and rejection.
• Clear, concise communicator.
