Partner Onboarding Officer – Payments & Banking Infrastructure

About the role

The Partner Onboarding Officer will lead the onboarding of strategic send‑side partners such as banks and payment processors for ACE Money Transfer. This role ensures a smooth, compliant, and efficient activation of partners across multiple jurisdictions, supporting the rapid growth of the company’s global payments network.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for onboarding new banking and payment partners.
• Manage end‑to‑end onboarding timelines to achieve timely partner activation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve onboarding blockers and issues.
• Ensure smooth execution of onboarding workflows across international entities.
• Collect, review, and validate all required onboarding documentation.
• Conduct due‑diligence checks in line with regulatory and compliance standards.
• Coordinate with compliance teams for approvals and risk assessments.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of regulatory requirements across jurisdictions.
• Maintain clear communication with external partners throughout onboarding.
• Update internal stakeholders on onboarding progress and milestones.
• Identify bottlenecks in onboarding workflows and recommend improvements.
• Support standardisation of onboarding procedures across regions.
• Track onboarding KPIs, maintain dashboards, and report progress to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field (e.g., BBA, MBA, IR).
• Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in payments and banking.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work across multiple jurisdictions and coordinate with diverse internal teams.
