About the role
Join Greystar’s property management team in London as a Customer Service Associate. Working 20 hours per week, you will help create a welcoming environment for residents and support day‑to‑day operations of the community.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional resident living experiences.
- Provide front‑of‑house service, anticipating and exceeding resident expectations.
- Handle resident queries and complaints, following Greystar’s complaints procedure.
- Assist with marketing, building maintenance coordination, and tenancy administration.
- Support resident events and community activities.
Required profile
- Team‑oriented attitude with respect for colleagues.
- Strong customer‑service mindset and communication skills.
- Ability to respond positively to resident inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
