Part‑time Merchandiser – POS Placement at Asda

About the role

This is a part‑time position (approximately 2.5 hours per week) focused on placing point‑of‑sale (POS) and in‑store media at the Asda store in Queensferry. You will work on Wednesday evenings or Thursday mornings, ensuring all POS materials are correctly displayed and reported.

Key responsibilities

• Sign in at the store, meet the key store contacts and locate delivered POS items.
• Place POS and media in pre‑arranged sections, using a stepladder when required.
• Photograph each placed item and submit reports through the company’s online app.
• Handle and move boxes of POS material safely around the store.

Required profile

• Available to work every Wednesday night/Thursday morning as scheduled.
• Own a smartphone (Android or iOS) to report visits via the app.
• Comfortable using a stepladder and moving heavier POS stock.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with store staff.
• Attention to detail to ensure full POS coverage.
