About the role

Join Reiss’s White City store as a part‑time Sales Associate. You’ll deliver premium customer service and support the management team in meeting sales and operational targets.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a premium and tailored customer service experience.
• Provide in‑depth knowledge of the brand and its products.
• Communicate effectively with customers, team members and management.
• Maintain visual standards throughout the store.
• Act as a Reiss Brand Ambassador.

Required profile

• Passion for premium or luxury products.
• Previous experience in a customer‑facing environment.
• Ability to see things through the customer’s eyes.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organisational and decision‑making abilities.
• Team player with good written and verbal communication.
