Passenger Services Agent (Part‑time) – Spanish Speaker

About the role

Cobalt Ground Solutions is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join its Passenger Services team at London Heathrow Airport on a part‑time basis. The role involves delivering high‑quality customer service to airline passengers while supporting a range of airport operations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist passengers with check‑in, boarding, transfers, off‑jetty boarding and baggage handling.
• Operate airline systems such as UMS, PRMS and CUSS to manage passenger and flight information.
• Handle passenger or airline complaints and claims in line with airline policies.
• Maintain service standards, on‑time performance and delay recovery procedures.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and security regulations at all times.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken and written Spanish.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom.
• Minimum GCSE‑level education or equivalent.
• At least two years’ experience in a customer‑service environment.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings from 6:00 PM onward, on a 4‑days‑on/2‑days‑off roster.
• Ability to commute to Heathrow Airport and provide a 5‑year checkable employment/education history.
• Willingness to undergo UK DBS and, if applicable, overseas criminal record checks.

Required skills

• Proficiency with airline operational systems: UMS, PRMS, CUSS.
