Payment Resolutions & Billing Administrator

About the role

This role is for someone who wants to invest in their career. Reporting to the Payment Resolutions Manager and Billing Manager, you will work within the Payment Resolutions and Billing teams to administer billing of customer accounts and follow debt‑recovery and prevention procedures to minimise bad debt.

Key responsibilities

• Address customer debt with sensitivity, adhering to vulnerable‑customer policy and Ofcom regulations.
• Administer financial transactions accurately and generate payment links.
• Chase overdue payments via email and text and negotiate payment plans to completion.
• Process payments, manage allocations and follow up on Direct Debit cancellations or failures.
• Maintain accurate records, ensure data integrity in systems and comply with GDPR.
• Issue customer email and SMS campaigns.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in an admin role handling customer information.
• Experience using Dynamics 365 CRM and billing systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with the confidence to assert yourself professionally.
• Ability to manage changing priorities under tight deadlines and adapt to new systems.
