People Assistant

About the role

Yoto is looking for a People Assistant to support the People team across core operations, employee experience, and data. This role offers hands‑on exposure to the full employee lifecycle and is ideal for someone eager to build a generalist foundation in a high‑performing People function.

Key responsibilities

• Support delivery of the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, changes, exits, and compliance documentation.
• Own and continuously improve the onboarding experience, coordinating first‑week activities, buddy allocation, and new‑starter support.
• Maintain and enhance People systems (Personio and CultureAmp), ensuring high data accuracy and integrity.
• Assist with employee experience initiatives and provide proactive administrative support to the People team.

Required profile

• Keen interest in a career in People or HR.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and tech‑savvy.
• Proactive, positive attitude with a “get stuck in” mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with Personio HRIS.
• Experience with CultureAmp employee experience platform.
