Pharmacist – AI Training (Remote, up to $120/hr)

About the role

Prolific is seeking licensed pharmacists to join its Domain Expert pool and help train cutting‑edge AI models used in healthcare. You will work remotely, reviewing and improving AI‑generated pharmaceutical content and be compensated per completed task.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate AI‑generated responses to pharmacy scenarios for accuracy, safety and clinical reasoning.
• Compare multiple model answers and justify the best response based on current pharmacy standards.
• Create improved exemplars, rationales or structured feedback to help models learn from medication counseling and pharmacology gaps.

Required profile

• Current pharmacy license/registration in good standing (PharmD, RPh or equivalent) and, where applicable, board certification.
• Recent experience in retail, clinical or hospital pharmacy with confidence in assessing drug interactions, dosing and therapeutic reasoning.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to focus on complex medical data for up to one hour.
• Reliable high‑speed internet, a computer and a PayPal account for payments.
• Willingness to work as a self‑employed participant and complete a short eligibility screener.
