PHP/Laravel Full‑Stack Developer

About the role

AND Digital is looking for a Full‑Stack PHP/Laravel Developer to join the team for an initial six‑month contract. The role is primarily remote with one day per week on‑site in the North‑West, near Manchester.

Key responsibilities

• Build responsive, high‑performance user interfaces using Next.js and React.
• Develop and maintain backend services with Laravel (PHP).
• Design, implement and integrate RESTful APIs.
• Write clean, maintainable, testable code following Test‑Driven Development (TDD) principles.
• Collaborate with designers, engineers and product owners to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand‑ups and technical discussions in an Agile environment.
• Debug and resolve technical issues across the full stack.
• Stay up‑to‑date with modern development practices and tools.
