Planner – High-End Restaurant & Leisure Fit‑Out Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Planner to join our specialist contractor focused on high‑end restaurant and leisure fit‑out projects across the UK, with a strong presence in London. You will manage both tender and post‑contract planning for multiple projects valued between £1m and £10m.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules from tender through to completion.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and site teams to ensure realistic timelines.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare and present planning reports to senior management and clients.
• Support multiple concurrent projects while maintaining high accuracy.

Required profile

• Proven experience planning fit‑out projects in the high‑end restaurant or leisure sector.
• Hands‑on experience with both pre‑contract (tender) and post‑contract planning.
• Familiarity with projects ranging from £1 million to £10 million.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
