Platform Product Manager

About the role

Veriforce is creating Carbon Hub, a unified platform for carbon solutions. Reporting to the Senior Platform Product Manager, you will lead discovery and delivery for a key area of the platform, working closely with engineers and designers.

Key responsibilities

• Own product discovery through customer calls, surveys, stakeholder interviews and Pendo analytics.
• Define and maintain the squad backlog, aligning day‑to‑day work with the broader Carbon Hub vision.
• Partner with engineers and designers from problem definition to solution delivery, ensuring decisions solve market problems.
• Use product analytics (especially Pendo) to monitor user behaviour, identify friction, test hypotheses and validate outcomes.
• Translate strategy into Jira epics and stories, manage releases and coordinate with other squads.
• Embed AI tools such as Figma Make for rapid prototyping and drive AI‑powered value into the product.
• Collaborate with Marketing to equip commercial teams with messaging, positioning and demo guidance.

Required profile

• 7+ years in software/technology roles, with at least 5 years in product management, including 2 years in B2B SaaS.
• Proven experience conducting structured product discovery and turning insights into decisions.
• Track record of shipping software iteratively and using analytics to guide prioritisation.
• Strong understanding of platform architecture, third‑party API integration and service composition.
• Passion for sustainability and ability to develop deep domain knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills for technical, design, commercial and executive audiences.
