Plot Conveyancer

About the role

We are seeking a Plot Conveyancer to join a leading commercial law firm’s Residential Development team in Birmingham City Centre. You will manage a full caseload of new‑build plot sales, guiding each transaction from reservation through to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Manage plot sales transactions from reservation to completion.
• Draft and issue contract documentation.
• Handle enquiries, exchanges and completions.
• Liaise with developers, solicitors, lenders and buyers’ solicitors.
• Collaborate closely with partners and senior lawyers on large‑scale residential developments.

Required profile

• Proven experience in plot conveyancing or residential development work.
• Ability to manage high‑volume transactions and tight deadlines.
• Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Enjoys working in a high‑performing, team‑focused environment.
