PMI and Group Risk Consultant

About the role

We are partnering with a fast‑growing insurance brokerage to appoint a specialist who will lead the Group Risk and Private Medical Insurance (PMI) proposition. You will work with SME and corporate clients, shaping solutions and driving revenue without the burden of managing a team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with SME and corporate clients.
• Advise clients on Group Life Assurance, Group Critical Illness, Group Income Protection and Private Medical Insurance.
• Conduct detailed fact‑finds and needs analyses to recommend tailored solutions.
• Source, compare and present products from a panel of leading insurers.
• Convert inbound and self‑generated opportunities into revenue.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and ensure compliant delivery.
• Engage senior decision‑makers such as HR Directors, Finance Directors and business owners.
• Liaise with insurers and internal teams to ensure seamless implementation.

Required profile

• Proven experience advising on Group Risk products.
• Strong knowledge of Group Life, Group Critical Illness and Group Income Protection.
• Experience selling Private Medical Insurance to corporate clients.
• Ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders.
