PMO Analyst – Wealth Management Change & Transformation

About the role

We are seeking an experienced PMO Analyst to join a leading wealth management organisation undergoing extensive business and technology transformation. You will support a diverse portfolio of business and IT projects, ensuring governance standards are upheld and delivery teams receive the reporting, controls, and insights needed for success.

Key responsibilities

• Provide governance and reporting for a portfolio of change and technology initiatives.
• Maintain RAID registers and ensure risks and issues are managed effectively.
• Produce regular status updates, dashboards, and performance metrics for senior stakeholders.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and manage relationships across business and IT teams.
• Support both Waterfall and Agile delivery methodologies, helping teams transition to Agile ways of working.
• Utilise JIRA and Confluence to track progress, document decisions, and maintain project artefacts.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a PMO Analyst within a regulated environment such as banking, financial services, or wealth management.
• Strong understanding of regulatory and reporting requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship‑building abilities.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience using JIRA and Confluence.
• Familiarity with both Waterfall and Agile delivery approaches.
