Prints/Graphics Designer – Hybrid Role in Leicester

About the role

Vogue Sourcing is seeking a creative Prints/Graphics Designer to join its Leicester team on a full‑time, hybrid basis. The role offers ownership from concept through production, allowing the designer to shape trend‑led print and graphic collections for fashion customers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Research emerging print, graphic, colour and fashion trends and translate them into commercially viable concepts.
• Develop original print and graphic designs, embroideries, embellishments and seasonal themes.
• Create accurate artwork specifications and tech packs for factories.
• Manage the design lifecycle, reviewing strike‑offs, lab dips and samples with factories and overseas offices.
• Coordinate key dates and critical path requirements to ensure timely delivery.
• Build strong relationships with buyers and customers to understand product strategy and commercial needs.

Required profile

• Degree in Printed Textiles, Graphic Design, Fashion Design or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum two years of experience in a supplier, retailer or fashion environment.
• Commercially minded with a strong creative eye.

Required skills

• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop.
