Junior Digital Designer for Heritage Fashion Brands

About the role

Join the Creative team of Crew Clothing Company, a British heritage brand group, as a Junior Digital Designer. You will help shape the online brand identity for Crew Clothing, Ben Sherman and Pringle of Scotland, creating seasonal digital assets that reflect each brand’s creative direction.

Key responsibilities

• Support routine updates such as email marketing, website content and point‑of‑sale materials.
• Create engaging assets for organic and paid social media, display and affiliate channels.
• Prepare print‑ready files for seasonal books, window displays and other marketing collateral.
• Act as a brand guardian to ensure visual consistency across all digital touchpoints and global markets.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in Design or a related field.
• Proven experience in a similar digital design role, preferably within retail.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating digital creativity.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Knowledge of Figma, After Effects and Trello (highly beneficial).
