Private Client Solicitor – Farnham

About the role

We are seeking a Private Client Solicitor or CILEX with practising rights to join a respected regional firm in Farnham. The role will take over a standalone Private Client offering, inheriting a lucrative high‑net‑worth client base and a well‑maintained will bank.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a varied Private Client caseload including Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, LPAs, Trusts and tax considerations.
• Provide high‑quality legal advice to discerning high‑net‑worth clients.
• Maintain and grow the well‑established will bank.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and professional referrers.
• Participate in monthly firm‑wide Private Client meetings.
• Uphold the firm’s standards of professionalism, service and integrity.

Required profile

• Private Client Solicitor or CILEX with practising rights.
• 5–10 years post‑qualification experience with a solid technical background.
• Confident managing matters independently and taking ownership of a standalone caseload.
• Professional, well‑organised and client‑focused.
• Discretion and expertise handling high‑net‑worth work.
• Thrives in a quality‑driven, well‑run firm.
