Job description
About the role
We are seeking a Private Client Solicitor or CILEX with practising rights to join a respected regional firm in Farnham. The role will take over a standalone Private Client offering, inheriting a lucrative high‑net‑worth client base and a well‑maintained will bank.
Key responsibilities

- Provide high‑quality legal advice to discerning high‑net‑worth clients.
- Maintain and grow the well‑established will bank.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and professional referrers.
- Participate in monthly firm‑wide Private Client meetings.
- Uphold the firm’s standards of professionalism, service and integrity.
Required profile
- Private Client Solicitor or CILEX with practising rights.
- 5–10 years post‑qualification experience with a solid technical background.
- Confident managing matters independently and taking ownership of a standalone caseload.
- Professional, well‑organised and client‑focused.
- Discretion and expertise handling high‑net‑worth work.
- Thrives in a quality‑driven, well‑run firm.
What we offer
- Autonomy to run your own department within a supportive wider structure.
- Immediate access to strong, profitable work.
