Private Client Solicitor – Kent Law Firm

About the role

We are partnering with a long‑established regional law firm in Kent to recruit a qualified Private Client fee earner. The role offers the chance to manage a varied, high‑quality caseload within a supportive, client‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload of private client matters.
• Draft wills and provide estate‑planning advice.
• Handle probate and estate administration.
• Advise on trusts, tax and succession planning.
• Support high‑net‑worth clients and complex estates where appropriate.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (or equivalent experience).
• Experience in Private Client work (PQE level flexible).
• Strong technical knowledge across wills, probate and estate planning.
• Personable and professional approach with excellent client‑care skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
