Product Design Engineer (NPD) – Ninja Beverage

About the role

SharkNinja is seeking a Product Design Engineer to join its London Design Office and help shape the next generation of Ninja Beverage products. You will work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment, turning concepts into market‑ready solutions while partnering with teams across the UK, US and China.

Key responsibilities

• Lead or support design studies to address technical and consumer challenges.
• Develop designs from concept through CAD, prototyping and verification.
• Continuously refine designs for cost, manufacturability, quality and consumer value.
• Apply engineering principles to create robust, real‑world solutions.
• Leverage material knowledge and high‑volume manufacturing processes to optimise designs.
• Build and test prototypes, conduct lab testing and document results.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional and global teams to move ideas to production.
• Communicate effectively and contribute positively to team dynamics.

Required profile

• Degree in Product Design Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design or a related field.
• 1–3+ years of experience in product, mechanical or industrial design.
• Interest or experience in consumer goods or household appliances.
• Hands‑on, curious attitude with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CAD tools such as SolidWorks.
• Proficiency with CAD tools such as Creo.
