Product Manager – Embedded Finance (Global Automotive)

About the role

Join Openbank’s global, digital‑first automotive platform as a Product Manager for Embedded Finance. You will shape finance solutions that are directly integrated into dealer, OEM and marketplace ecosystems, helping partners sell more vehicles while delivering seamless customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle for embedded finance propositions across the global automotive ecosystem.
• Define product vision, strategy and roadmap based on market insight, customer behaviour and partner priorities.
• Prioritise initiatives, make trade‑off decisions and drive delivery from concept through launch and post‑release iteration.
• Collaborate with engineering, data, operations, risk and commercial teams to design and ship scalable solutions.
• Explore the use of agentic AI and intelligent automation to enhance partner and customer journeys.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a product manager, preferably in finance or automotive domains.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into clear product propositions and MVP scopes.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with OEMs, dealers and marketplace partners.
• Data‑driven decision‑making and commercial outcome focus.
