Product Performance Analyst – Data Analytics

About the role

Our client, an international education provider, is seeking a Product Performance Analyst to lead measurement, analysis and reporting of product performance. The role will help drive continuous improvement in user experience, operational efficiency and commercial outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement performance measurement frameworks aligned with strategic goals and KPIs.
• Collect, analyse and interpret data from multiple sources to generate actionable insights.
• Provide evidence‑based recommendations to senior stakeholders for strategic and operational decisions.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity and quality across all reporting processes.
• Design and maintain dashboards and reporting tools for real‑time monitoring.
• Collaborate with product managers, user researchers, marketing and operations teams to align analysis with business priorities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in performance analysis or data analytics, preferably for digital products or services.
• Strong quantitative analysis skills with the ability to translate data into clear recommendations.
• Understanding of data privacy and security principles.
• Experience analysing Google Analytics (GA4) data.
