Join the heart of the clean energy revolution! As a Production Lead at our wind turbine blade manufacturing facility in Hull, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and leading a diverse shift team toward sustainable success.

Missions principales

• Lead and manage a diverse shift team, fostering a culture of accountability, feedback, and high performance.
• Drive the achievement of SQDCP objectives (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, People) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Align production plans with weekly targets and optimize the use of personnel, equipment, and materials.
• Oversee manufacturing and quality standards while ensuring strict adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) protocols.
• Act as Duty Manager to coordinate emergency responses and lead operational review meetings.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and 5S principles.
• Develop and coach Group Leaders and Team Leaders to strengthen the leadership pipeline.

Profil recherché

• Proven leadership experience within a large-scale industrial production environment.
• Strong understanding of production processes, quality management systems, and safety standards.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively under pressure.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work a rotating shift pattern, including days, nights, and weekends.
