Production Operative

About the role

We are looking for a Production Operative to join our newly opened cheese production line at the Kerry site in Coleraine, Northern Ireland. The role is full‑time, permanent and operates on a rotating 3‑week shift pattern of 12‑hour days and nights.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and support the production line, ensuring smooth flow of materials.
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
• Assist with set‑up changes and adjustments on the line.
• Collect, record and report production data and any issues.
• Perform visual inspections to guarantee product quality.

Required profile

• Positive “can‑do” attitude with willingness to receive full training.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to follow instructions and health‑safety regulations.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy, including MS Office.
• Experience using SAP for production data logging.
