Production Operative – Rotating Shifts (Winsford)

About the role

We are looking for Production Operatives to join a busy packaging manufacturing team in Winsford. The role is temporary with the possibility of becoming permanent and involves rotating day, noon and night shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor IT‑based machinery to maintain smooth production flow.
• Perform routine checks and preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Maintain high standards of quality control and conduct quality checks before palletising.
• Assist with packaging, labelling and palletising of products.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
• Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

Required profile

• Basic IT literacy and ability to work with pre‑programmed machinery.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication skills and a team‑oriented attitude.
• Flexibility to work rotating day, noon and night shifts.
