Production Supervisor

About the role

MilAero Electronics Atlantic Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead its skilled production team in the assembly of aerospace and defense cable assemblies, wire harnesses, and electrical enclosures. The role ensures that production output meets quality, schedule, and safety standards while fostering a collaborative work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to a team of skilled production personnel.
• Promote effective communication, teamwork, and a culture of cleanliness, safety, and quality.
• Identify training needs and coordinate development activities.
• Organize, monitor, and prioritize tasks to meet production quality and schedule goals.
• Ensure health and safety compliance, document concerns, and enforce safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with training, engineering, quality, planning, and other teams to improve process efficiency using Lean Six Sigma principles.
• Work with supply chain to improve material flow and reduce inventory.
• Monitor production output, identify improvement opportunities, and lead efficiency projects.

Required profile

• Proven ability to lead and develop production teams.
• Experience in aerospace or defense manufacturing environments.
• Strong focus on health, safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple functions to drive process improvements.
