Programme Manager – CRM & Housing (Contract)

About the role

We are seeking a Programme Manager to lead the final build and delivery of a CRM and housing management system. The programme is 62% complete and will move through functional testing, end‑to‑end testing, cut‑over, and user training ahead of a mid‑October 2026 go‑live.

Key responsibilities

• Rapidly acquire a high‑level understanding of the programme to add immediate value.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate key project risks throughout delivery.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with the steering group and senior stakeholders.
• Provide clear, concise assurance updates to the Project Board on status, decisions, and risk impacts.
• Prepare and deliver Steering Group and Project Board reports in collaboration with suppliers.
• Oversee post‑go‑live hyper‑care and contribute to the roadmap for future development.

Required profile

• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams of internal staff and external consultants.
• Strong experience engaging senior leadership and translating technical concepts for non‑technical audiences.
• Track record of delivering large‑scale system implementations, especially ERP, CRM, or housing management solutions.
• Deep knowledge of system architecture, integration points, and data migration challenges.
• Understanding of GDPR, data security standards, and audit readiness.
• Experience managing third‑party vendors, negotiating SLAs, and monitoring performance.
