Project Manager Construction Consultancy

About the role

Brandon James Ltd, a privately‑owned residential developer in London, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its growing team. You will lead residential development projects from early design stages through to completion, ensuring delivery to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate day‑to‑day project activities with consultants, contractors, planning and design teams.
• Manage programme schedules, design coordination, procurement support and contract administration.
• Monitor risk, cost and quality, and produce regular progress reports.
• Lead site progress meetings and ensure compliance with JCT contracts and residential development processes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors and professional partners.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a construction consultancy environment.
• Residential project experience, preferably within London.
• Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying or a related field.
• Professional qualification such as MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB or working towards one.
• Strong knowledge of JCT contracts and residential development processes.
