Project Manager – Construction Consultancy

About the role

Brandon James Ltd, an established construction consultancy in London, is seeking a Project Manager to lead smaller commercial, hospitality and residential schemes while supporting directors on larger, more complex projects. The role offers the chance to take full responsibility for project delivery from inception to completion and to progress towards RICS chartership within a supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain project programmes and schedules.
• Coordinate design teams and manage client requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Attend and contribute to project meetings, monitoring progress against milestones.
• Support procurement processes and oversee construction delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and contractors.
• Contribute to business development and the continued growth of the consultancy.

Required profile

• Previous project management experience within a construction consultancy.
• Experience delivering commercial, hospitality or residential projects.
• A relevant degree in construction, quantity surveying or building surveying.
• Professional qualification such as MRICS, MAPM or progress towards chartership (advantageous).
• Strong communication and client‑facing skills.
• Confidence to manage smaller projects with limited supervision and ambition to achieve chartership.
