Project Manager – Construction (BTR, Student Accommodation)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our Building Division. The role focuses on delivering Build‑to‑Rent, student accommodation and education projects across South East England, ensuring quality, efficiency and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle from inception to completion while meeting budget and timeline constraints.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, objectives and expectations.
• Develop and implement project plans, schedules and resource allocation strategies.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and implement mitigation measures.
• Foster a culture of safety, quality and innovation on‑site and ensure regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, preferably with BTR, student accommodation or education projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, processes and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
