Project Manager – Construction Consultancy (London)

About the role

A leading multidisciplinary property and construction consultancy is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its established project management team in London. The role involves delivering a varied portfolio of projects for high‑profile commercial clients while offering the chance to broaden experience across other sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of projects from initial brief through design, procurement, construction and completion.
• Prepare and manage programmes, coordinating multidisciplinary teams to meet schedule and quality targets.
• Chair client and project meetings, monitor project risks and ensure effective communication.
• Oversee procurement processes and contractor performance to achieve budgetary goals.
• Provide clear progress reporting against programme, budget and quality objectives.

Required profile

• Previous project management experience within a construction consultancy.
• Strong experience delivering commercial property or construction projects.
• Experience managing projects through multiple stages of the project lifecycle.
• Relevant degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying or a related discipline.
• Progress towards MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB or a similar professional qualification is advantageous.
• Strong client‑facing and stakeholder management skills.
