Project Manager – Creative & Marketing Agency

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to join a fast‑growing creative and marketing agency. The role sits at the centre of project operations, ensuring that multi‑stream creative, brand and digital projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality.

Key responsibilities

• Manage timelines, project plans, schedules and delivery workflows across multiple concurrent projects.
• Support budget tracking, forecasting, reconciliations and coordination of suppliers and freelancers.
• Run internal WIPs, status meetings and delivery check‑ins to keep stakeholders aligned.
• Maintain project tooling and documentation using platforms such as Productive.io, Monday.com, Asana or similar.
• Coordinate shoots, workshops, events and broader project logistics.
• Drive process improvement, operational structure and new ways of working across the agency.
• Collaborate closely with Producers, Client Services and Creative teams to ensure seamless delivery.

Required profile

• Proven Project Management experience within a creative, branding, integrated, content or experiential agency.
• Strong commercial understanding of budgets, purchase orders, forecasting and project finance.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Comfortable thriving in a fast‑moving, growing agency environment.
• Process‑driven, calm under pressure and eager to enhance delivery through smarter systems, workflows and AI tools.
